As part of his solo at KIOSK, Christoph Meier presented as series of perforated sculptures. These play with imaginary spaces and in-between forms, and have both minimalist and complex, unique and serial, and distant yet engaged characteristics. Meier wants to keep his \u2018social forms\u2019 in constant movement, in conversation, and consequently also in a certain sense incomplete. He hopes to see them separate away from what they are and, together with the visitors, reach out in search of what they could be. They sculptures at KIOSK consequently became table, pedestal, a thing to hold on to, or a stage \u2013 in short, carriers of meaning open to dialogue.<\/p>\n
The sculptures that form this edition related to the this series, as they are composed of the aluminium positives that remain after creating the performed sculptures.<\/p>\n
