Kunst Aan Zet is the new initiative of the Flemish gouvernement to make art more accessible to everyone. Kunst aan Zet offers an interest-free loan to help you buy work by artists living and working in Flanders & Brussels, and is among its very first partners.

So how does it work? Kunst aan Zet is an instalment loan that can be used by private individuals of legal age, domiciled in the Flemish or Brussels-Capital Region, who have a Belgian bank account number. As the procedure and all documents for the credit are in Dutch, it is also expected that you understand the language. If these conditions are met, you can apply for an interest-free loan of €500 to €7000 running over the course of two years.

Not all artworks on can be acquired through this intrest-free loan. The works that are eligible, are noted as such and gathered in our special Kunst Aan Zet Collection. If you are interested in using Kunst Aan Zet to acquire on of these works, please contact and we'll set an application in motion.

More information about Kunst Aan Zet can be found on their own website.
